I power cycled my scout bay while he was roaming. He is now trapped and I cannot assign anyone to scout bay to get the vehicle back. I tried a new scout bay, new crew, rescue vehicle, I cannot delete the og scout bay or the second one I added and I cannot assign crew to it anymore.
