@plain karma do you use fortune for speeds or wealth?
if it's just for difficulty 10 in waste or ring then both of them works for speed farming around 5-6 min mark most runs
Its more for CA31 speeds
for speedrunning stick to fortune till you have your stats finished

Security arbiter buffs the dmg for it by 20% btw
So its good to pair with wealth or fortune

Can someone explain his passive? I can't really tell what its doing. It says it "drops" something, but I don't see anything. And I don't know if/what the buff indicator lookks like. And it says the projectiles home in, but I can't see that effect happening. They appear to be like normal bullets.

Back again, is the frost gun right click really as broken as it seems? It seems like it just gives you another projectile for free? Does it shoot slower or something?

until i get the heyn mod i cant vouch for it so my wealth setup for traits is the wealth immo, fire rate immo, 150% dmg immo and 200% mag immo
but i also hit crit cap through stats
in an ideal world i would have crit dmg, weapon dmg, enough crit rate and fire rate then rest mag size for the stats
but wealth is heavily dependant on already having good stats
where as fortune you dont need perfect stats
wealth also relys heavily on rng as you need to get good perks and item drops because you dont touch the shop at all

fortune you dont need the immo for
my fortune build i run 150% weapon dmg, fire rate, mag size and 80% crit immos
when i get the heyn immo il be swapping the crit immo out
for relics you want either 6 bows, 6 amulets or as much mag size 2 pieces you can get

perks you want the wealth C, CA you start with the perk that gives you more dmg then you want the one that raises the lowest dmg you can get from wealth, then other than that would be ice mag size, evade and E for the weapon buffs and any crit perks
cats are great but not as good as bows and i rarely ever see them when running wealth because you dont have blues or purples like you do with the others
so go for first perk wealth C

if youre getting alot of gold and go over 10k then grab upgrades from last shop

sometimes il check the shop with the 0 cost refreshes but my CA runs i have shop purchases maxed so its super expensive

the potential perk refresh is normally the only place i spend gold

ER gives 3% weapon dmg for each 1% mag size
with no cap
so even just 100 mag size gives 300% weapon dmg

i currently have 270% mag size
but i run the 200% mag size immo
would say atleast 100%
and you will also get alot from items
1 grey mag cap item will give you 60% weapon dmg

also tried fragile skill dmg skill dmg music first perk as well
my heynck gonna be super frail
take 20% more damage
20% less hp

i always run that

ok someone help me understand this perk collection tree. start wealth bullets and reload i think then get fortune for the minor skill and pray for security for dodge and primary skills
or am I supposed to start something else in CA
wealth is endgame
so it depends on what floor youre running and your stats/traits
if you cant do without the crit or dont have the immortals then its better to stick with fortune
especially when youre just trying to clear to 50
wealth is more for dmg pushing

i normally run fortune for carry builds unless i get a good setup when im running it randomly

yea i would say youre deffinetly lacking in the immos, fortune immo isnt worth running
you want to get the fire rate and mag size immos

but with those stats and not having the immos yet i would stick to fortune
you can easily carry with what you have on fortune

the weapon dmg you get from the shoot perk is great but then limits how much crit multi you can get
if we had a 200% crit multi immo then security could be alot more viable
yea which is why i take the evade and E perk
its still rng luck to get that
the evade already gives you extra weapon dmg ontop of the passive so its the perfect perk

yea its rng but most runs i end up with it
i want your luck I get music and desire alot on him
aslong as you dont take the E first or other perks the pool for security perks stays small
my luck is always the first perk I get after my free fortune is one of those for the wrong arbitor then if I dont take it I dont get to see the second perk offer
if you get a bad perk first just leave it
clear the 2nd core
then select a perk for the E if you still dont get security
then go back and refresh it
and you'll get a passive

your first perk after your garaunteed one will always be a slot perk

so you can leave it there and clear both then choose which one you want
um are you sure when I grab it with my always get fortune its always a passive

the first perk will always be a slot perk
you can also take energy mag with fortune
so you have 2 options
when youre running fortune
if youre running wealth then it can be a passive
its only if your garaunteed perk is the same as what you started with
how long does heyncks weapon skill last ?
so if you start with wealth and have a garunteed wealth perk you will get either passive or perk from the wealth then the 2nd perk will always be a slot perk

depends on your mag size
i use it on reload as you can reload and cast at same time when you have a small mag
if you have a large mag then i alternate between the reload and C
you can use it to animation cancel your C
so you start with it then when it runs out use C and it again then by the time that ones done you reload and use it

which messes with that legendary perk for some reason
yea my buddy i play with says he doesnt get weakpoint damage after I do that

yea you dont get the weakpoint dmg but you get the weaken effect
but for some reason its bugging out things like that legendary perk and other things
i do less dmg while colonels E is active
with skill builds it doesnt matter

is killing power even any good?
not really no, stackable 1% weapon power up to 200% which you cant even kill that many in CA
even start of standards theres still plenty that are better
i mean was doing 45mill a weakpoint hit per bullet

your are 130%
so your bullet is almost 50% slower
that half of the damage

there is but you better find it from module stat (skyedge/sentinel)
heynck rate of fire cap is too low to make a use from module trait
I guess I better off remove some of my crit rate I currently have 148%

but it might happen when your ammo reach 0 then you restore some ammo from your perk or kill mob with weakpart damage then restore ammo
these are my near final stats for those wanting something to reference for building weapon heyn (i currently am still rolling mods to remove bad stats), in optimal mod setup with perfect rolls you will want weapon crit damage in your first slot on all mods that are starred, weapon damage in 2nd if you can get them starred, after that you will want mag capacity on all 3rd slots/possible starred slot, for the final spot youre wanting to get 1 fire rate to hit cap then the rest weakspot damage, this is for running fortune starter perk which most people will want to do, wealth is something for those with near perfect stats and immos, it has alot higher damage ceiling but relies alot on you already having great stats and rng drops and perks due to you not touching the shops
this is a tier list of perks you want (or hope to get) starting with S as your largest damage increase and something you would want to refresh for, A have a large damage increase for you, B are something you can just grab for slight increases and C is more perks that will just help, the magazines are something you just want for your first perk pickup, you will want to prio passives over any perk slots so you can easily level your shoot perk. (i have left off the names as it would be too cluttered and theres many people that use other languages, you can see what the perks are exactly through data bank)
this is a legendary item/set tier list, any legendary not on the list isnt worth picking up, the items are in order as what are the best for this setup, D legendary items are just for set filling and wont give you any benefit, if you cant get sets then in order of stats you will want mag capacity > crit damage > weapon damage (if you can get the S rank potential perk, if you dont get it then go for crit damage).
this is the tier list for potential perks, always roll for emergency reserves until the last page then choose from the rest as emergency reserves is leagues above anything else currently.
this is just a tier list for starter perks that work well with weapon heyn.
for those wondering how well these setups work i currently hold 1st place heyn on both standard leaderboards (wasteland ahead by over 1 minute 30), i havent ran CA50 times and wont until music has been nerfed

Weapon damage (need to be on every pieces)
Weapon crit dmg (need to be on every pieces)
Weapon crit rate (need around 50-70, can only find this on yellow and purple)
Weapon rate of fire (need around 70-120, can only find this from yellow and purple)
After that get some (weakpoint damage, magazine size, reload speed)
** it also good to have magazine size around 200% because amount of time you empty those magazine and weapon skill buff duration is similar but more magazine size mean you scale better with emergency reload potential

i ran this 3 time and pretty sure i have perfect clear, but it doesn't count
clear time less than 26 minutes but it might be bug, try relog
