Gold fish percentage

What's the chance of fishing up a ||gold fish|| or ||sturgeon||? I already fished over 200 fish at the ||deer pond|| and didn't get either. I did the ||water purification|| and it's currently rainy season

not sure of the percentage but you have less chance to catch golden fish at the god pond now that you purified the water, because now the pool of fish to catch there is bigger
