Kasia 3heart Quest

i've reached 3 hearts with kasia and brought her all the items she asked me, and then she asks to meet up with you. problem is it doesn't count as a quest so there's nowhere to check and i don't remember where and when i have to meet her. can anyone help?

West of doloc town. From alchemy, go left 3 screens. It's the one with the platforming puzzle up the tree with the birds showing where to jump

I don't think there is a when, but if there is, try after 12.
