Maybe you can purchase off season seeds with villain, other character or have an special hidden quest if you unlock the Greenhouse and build it in your farm (you know the building that let plant without the anxiety of seasons limits)

there are like 5 method to get off season seeds in game already tbh other than just buying larger amount of seeds
-crawlrus and agave seed are sold everyday by other faction representative
-licca might sell random seed every sunday
-saving few crops to be processed using seed compressor to gain few seeds
-steal seeds from villain's shop
-bird and monster, especially seed carrier can drop few seed including some off season seed for common plant
