Contributing code

I came up with a bootsrap installer on my own and would like to add my contribution to the project, but I have no idea how to do it, as I've mostly worked on solo projects. It is already working (on my machine, at least).

Should I first add it to ideas, or, since the idea is already implemented, simply make a pull request and leave it for review, along with the explanation?

I would make a PR if you already have the code finished alongside an explanation.

It can be a draft PR if more work is needed on it
