If someone could make something like that would be cool.
Many Players don't have a GitHub account and don't even know how to report issues. So it would be cool to have a plugin, where players could easaly report plugins of pumpkin and also there could be an automatic / semi automatic control if the issue is an duplicate.

What do you mean exactly? A plugin that let‘s you create issues on the pumpkin gh repo (I had this idea a year ago already, maybe I could do that 👀), or a plugin that let‘s you report other plugins somehow?

A plugin that let you create issues for GitHub, without having a GitHub account. That would make it easier for non tech persons to report bugs.
