Any workaround for Vulkan performance? After last update game spontaneously freezes or delay my input like it's encountering a memory leak on an emulated device (using MuMu). Had to switch to Direct for now to be able to play.

I’ve intermittently had this problem with MuMu on multiple computers since forever.
What triggers it for me 99% of the time is alt-tabbing between the game and specifically discord. Completely shutting down discord and minimizing and opening back game client fixes the issue within 10 or so seconds every time.
Never had the input lag and freeze bug when not running discord in background.
The issue happens most frequently if alt tabbing to discord during any type of loading screen or cutscene
Also disable gsync if you have it
