I also have this same issue. I have changed USB slots, Tried both my Dual Sense Edge controller and Xbox controller, rebooted PC & emulator and even reinstalled the emulator and still no controller support.

I didn't install any updates,
Mumu version is 5.6.1.1733 my controller is recognized everything works fine,
except for r2 button so i cannot shoot

Uninstalled mumu reinstalled from website, re-downloaded the whole game and same old R2 doesn't work, i can't shoot in a looter shooter game

thirding, didn't do any update except the game update today, neither trigger works in Rising, but Controller Detector apps pick up the trigger inputs perfectly fine

Mumu has had no recent updates, the only thing updated today was the controller operation scheme and it was pushed on mumu automatically via cloud at 12.00 utc today

well they pushed a Destiny Rising Update today and now controller triggers don't work for at least 3 of us
