These voices are incredibly important to us, as they help us better understand your expectations and needs. Through this developer update, we'd like to share our recent changes and progress, and provide more detailed explanations and background on some frequently discussed topics. Moving forward, we'll continue to keep you updated on our thoughts and progress through similar updates.
#Development Update: Strengthening Estela, Cross Server Plays and More

Adjustments to Character Strengths
Following the release of the major updates for Act 2 of Season 1, the community has been actively discussing the strength of the new character Helhest and the prior Mythic character Estela, as well as the endgame sandbox. Shortly after the update, we addressed some bugs that caused confusion and frustration among players through a hotfix. Now, we'd like to delve deeper into these topics with you through this update.
Destiny: Rising aims to bring a fresh experience to the Destiny IP through rich, diverse combat experiences with each character offering a unique combat style and value. We hope players can enjoy the growth and combat joy of different characters and find their favorite playstyles in various challenges. To this end, we've designed diverse levels and difficulties to ensure each character's unique traits can shine in suitable scenarios. In the long run, we don't want any single character to dominate all playstyles; instead, we aim to achieve balance so each character can stand out in specific circumstances.
In terms of specific character designs, Helhest and Estela are meant to thrive in different environments. Helhest excels at high burst damage in short periods, while Estela is better suited for stable, long-term damage output. However, based on community feedback and data analysis, we found that Estela hasn't met expectations in some endgame game modes, particularly in environments where she was supposed to shine. (Part of the reason is also that the current end-game environment doesn't provide enough challenge for players with fully progressed characters. We are speeding up our content roadmap to enrich players endgame playlist with fun and challenging content, stay tuned! —— A System Designer) Therefore, we’ve decided to adjust Estela’s skill kit and related weapons to improve her competitive edge in the endgame content while preserving her unique playstyle. These adjustments will take into effect either from today's hotfix or by Thursday after our weekly maintenance. The specifics are as follows:
Estela Adjustments
- Recharge time for Misfortune's Guide has been reduced from 11s to 8s.
- Misfortune's Guide has a significant impact on Estela's combat flow. Reducing this recharge time grants her more room for error in battle.
- The base damage Bewitched Illusions deal per hit has been increased from 90 to 100.
- The base damage Violent Reverie deals per hit has been increased from 210 to 230.
- While firing weapons and for a short time after firing, Estela's two Signature Abilities will support left-handed mode: Casting a Signature Ability will not interrupt firing, and Estela can begin firing at any point while casting. This adjustment will appear in-game after our weekly maintenance on Thursday.
- In some situations, Estela can gain Corruption very efficiently, which results in the need to repeatedly cast her Signature Ability. With these changes mentioned above, casting Signature Abilities will have less of an impact on firing weapons.
Exotic Machine Gun - Heir Apparent (Changes will be implemented after Thursday’s maintenance)
- Precision damage multiplier has been increased from 1.2 to 1.35.
- The damage boost Catalyst Band 2 provides when repeatedly firing has been adjusted from 5% per stack (up to 10 stacks) to 10% per stack (up to 5 stacks).
- This allows the wielder to reach the max damage boost quicker when switching targets.
- The barrel's spinning up duration has been decreased from 1.2s to 1s pre-catalyst and from 0.8s to 0.6s post-catalyst.
- This change lets the weapon begin firing sooner.
- The length of time allotted before the barrel will need to spin up again after firing has ceased has been extended from 2.5s to 4s.
- Now, if the wielder casts an ability while firing or stops shooting for a short duration, they won't need to prepare the barrel again, significantly improving how the weapon feels.
This is the first time we have tweaked Estela and Heir Apparent's stats, we will continue to monitor character performance and balance in our core play modes. We’ll make adjustments as needed to ensure each character meets our expectations for a rich and diverse combat experience. Each time we make such balance changes, we’ll communicate our design philosophy with our community.
Endgame Activity: Expanse
As one of the main endgame activities, Expanse is a key focus of our design efforts. Each challenge cycle, we dynamically adjust the level design and modifier pool to create the intended challenge experience.
However, with ongoing and character updates varying synergy between characters and perks, we test and adjust the activity extensively each cycle to ensure it offers a balanced and fun experience. As a result, we regularly update the time benchmarks for different tiers of Expanse.
During testing, we found that some perks were overperforming, which could disrupt the balance of Expanse for different characters. Therefore, we made adjustments during the S1 latter half maintenance. However, as mentioned in previous hotfix notes, some level configurations were incorrectly incorporated due to errors, and combined with other bugs, these issues led to a poor player experience in Expanse during the early part of Act 2 of Season 1.
In the upcoming Seasonal updates and Expanse updates, we'll conduct more comprehensive testing and balancing of level quality, perk values, and challenge experiences for all characters. We're also working on new content for Expanse to expand its possibilities further.
Server Merging: First Step
We understand that server isolation since launch has limited interaction between global players. We've been exploring technical solutions to reduce barriers to co-play. After ongoing efforts by our technical team, we are excited to announce that we plan to roll out the first phase of server merging in Season 2.
Currently, we have four regional server groups: North America, South America, EMEA, and APAC. In the first phase, we'll merge the NA and LATAM servers, and the EMEA and APAC servers.
Once servers are merged, players from different regional servers can freely add friends, chat, join fireteams, and play together. They'll also compete together on new leaderboards.
This is just the first step in our server merging plan. The development team is still exploring the possibility of merging all server groups in the future. We hope that one day, players from any region can freely team up and play together with friends around the world.
One thing to note, however, while we've optimized as much as possible on our servers, latency due to physical distance is unavoidable. We'll prioritize matching players with closer geographic proximity, but when playing with teammates from farther away, you may experience higher latency than usual. We will look into the performance of the server merges once they roll out. We’ll share more details about server merging in a separate update closer to release.

With Expanse leveling: why wasn't it communicated that the combatant level would be increasing to 90? Additionally, why is it inconsistently stated as 90 across different screens? Menu screen shows both 88 and 90, launch activity screen shows 88, but its definitely 90.
I think just another area added to the game would help, one that isn’t jiangshi metro or Red Sea rift, since both are earth destinations

EU and NA servers are fine. its mostly apac and latam servers that were lacking, so it's more for them
I just think they need more rewards for casual players. Ive benefited a lot from all the incentives given from being Overseer and Eclipse and stuff, but man this game gives so little if your a casual player compared to most other gachas.

This game has LESS content now than it had in beta, at least Read Sea Rift zone was complete
Merger of servers is an indicator that the game is in very bad shape and very few players are playing it 🫵
Well, with such updates , what players to do daily / weekly. Game become boring. No players to find OPS team. if you even whale character it could be dead next weeks / month ( hello Gwynn ) . u basically can login twice a week awaiting your coming 2026 , More events and challenges are needed and not only for t6 helhest whales ( eclipse was good one , where power was limited )

Overall, good dev update, but here are some pain points that the community has been discussing. Not an all inclusive list:
- Incandescent Cluster drops are really low unless you're in Overseer. Maybe separate drops of these from leaderboard rankings?
- Expanse combatant level 90 is a slog for characters who aren't maxed out..
- Exotic mods are brutal to get because of how limited they are. Maybe give us a way to get them without pinnacle energy or limited keys, like you did with artifacts?
- The endgame right now is very focused on speed, and this hurts units without movement abilities. Hope to see some wave defense modes in the future!

I don't understand how the devs thought this amount of content would be enough for Destiny 2 players (the target audience). And they claim to be big Destiny 2 fans: if so they would understand that after two months from release teh content we have nwo is WAY too low and scarce. You can't do a Destiny game (mobile or not) and expect player to be satisfied with 10-15 minutes of gameplay daily

I'm a huge d2 player, and there's no content in d2 right now either, but the difference is that I'm not locked out of getting materials weekly or even daily in d2. I really wish this game gave me ways to get everything without being limited on a lockout, even if it's just a low chance. For example, low chance of exotic mods from heroic public events
Two months is "just came out"? Launching with less content than in beta? This is even less content Destiny 1 had at at launch, at least there were more zones to explore (Terra, Luna, Venus, Mars...). And they have 10+ years of assets already available...

The lack of updates is high even compared to the games you quoted. Also, this game launched with WAY less staring content, so the lack of updates is even more blatant. They could have at least not removed the Eclipse difficulty for the raid
Good to see buffs to characters so people feel safer investing in new units... But doing so after the banner is gone is something to work on. Maybe when something like this happens, they can come back in a short rerun banner for people interested if the situation couldn't be avoided otherwise

Gwynn is mostly fine when the focus is void and impact, but those aren't in the rotation rn. If they keep the same cycle, then void impact will be back in rotation in S2 act 2

But keep insulting, I'll keep reporting you 😄 and for the record, this "rat" has Gwynn C6, Estela C6 and Helhest C2, I spent, I play, I support the game and I want it to be better and not repeat the same mistakes the D2 team did, because this team showed they can listen and do a lot of smart and nice things, game-design wise. My criticism comes from a place of love, not hate, contrary to the way you discuss with other people

There's room for compromise between removing energy and letting people no-life farm the game to oblivion and having 10-15 minutes of content every day (at best)
Add an option to directly buy artifact engrams from the shop or through synthesis.
I think being able to directly buy Mythic and below artifacts (albeit the attributes should still be random) will greatly improve the QoL of farming, and also allow players to test the equipments more!

Pinnacle should be a force multiplier. Just as exotic artifacts drop to ~2% without pinnacle, do the same for ALL pinnacle drops. Mods 1-2% drop rate, artifact upgrade mats, same thing….
Give us a way to spend all day playing and seeing SOME upgrade progress and the hardcore d2 players will be slightly happier.

Also, here's a suggestion 🙂 the Daybreak Engram (cosmetic) system is just absurd. To complete the season emblem you have to go through multiple layers of rng that can still fail at every step. I don't mean everyone should be able to get it regardless, but at least remove the requirement for the Flawless decal, or change the way to obtain it to some pity or knockout system...

The problem is that encounter design is consistently built around moments of extreme burst.
This is a good take disguised as a bad one. The game is centered around speedrunning and right now there is only one viable movement unit. So we need a way to make all units competitive with a movement unit in speedrunning, and that can only happen with some changes to the actual activities. Like what was mentioned earlier, removing timer between active zones in calamity ops
I hope this comment thread lets the devs understand that we need a Roadmap now and some new content even sooner. The Morgran's event returning was already a red flag that makes me think they have nothing ready

Incandescence clusters need to be from more than one activity source. Should be available from other high end content.

apac/asia isnt big on destiny so no surprise, even less of a surprise when vital level up materials like incandescent clusters are either stupidly rare, scarce and/or locked behind a speedrun game mode you will never rank up in unless you have friends/a willing clan

They definitely help her feels less clunky. If people expected her and everyone else to get speed buffs, they were setting themselves up for disappointment. Estella would be incredible in a wave/defense style mode with optional objectives

Yeah, the gilded seal requires estella and helhest character quests to be complete. But estella is gone, so if u dont have her its unobtainable. And like getting 24 levels in shadowshaper took ages, so by the time estella was gone I was finally able to see it was a requirement

Its not js about raw power, u need to look at mechanics. Look at calamity, estella is mid. But for morgrans she's kinda js made for that. Especially when there isnt like a shinka or opposite elemental sheild

The issue is about endgame design , it's all about speedruning that's why ning is busted. If Calamity was more about tankiness and dps Ning wont be so used. A character which is about full speed and mobility is fine

I think Drising needs to focus on better in-between events.
We need more events that involve characters and settings, not just leaderboards and a reward screen.
Look at HSR for example; many of that games events will involve the main character going to one of its many areas, interacting with a character or characters, and completing some kind of mission with them that encompasses an event. (Example: the museum event in Belebog)
Right now in Drising the events of this game are quite divorced from its characters and story. Even the raid was disjointed in the timeline

Why did we all play so much D1 and D2? Raids and PVP and collecting exclusive weapons and armor. They need to lean into that stuff.
We all played it so much because we could only do so much each day and paid money to bypass that and because we couldn't use certain classes/subclasses unless we gambled or spent an absurd amount of money to do so.
If there isn’t enough content, you probably spent too much on the game and bought yourself out of things to do. Just keep in mind that this is a fairly new game and is free to play, pay to speed up. Now, I’m not judging people for whaling. In all honesty, thank you for supporting the game in ways I cannot. I’m just saying that if there’s nothing to do, then you can always spend less to be able to grind more. It is a gacha style game, so the goal is just to get you to spend more and more, but you can always adjust stuff to change the experience 🙂

Nah the gacha system ain’t going anywhere, that’s how they’re making any money. They need to lean into raids, lean into exclusive weekly rewards that aren’t just upgrade mats, and lean into PVP. But a game where speedrunning is the only reason for spending money and time building characters is just not going to cut it, which we’re already seeing with the talk of server merging

Yet the returns are low and will continue to get lower. They are asking Destiny players to spend like gacha players and they are not. If you want Destiny players to spend, format the game in the way that has gotten Destiny players to spend. Paid expansions/cosmetics. The investors won't look at the sinking ship and ask for it to continue sinking

If that is true for Destiny Rising then it is also true for the rest of the Games on the list. What matters is the trend. I guarantee this month Destiny Rising will fall to 18 or below and that is being generous. I guarantee most of the spending was people buying the bundles and founders pass. Now that is all gone, and you aren't getting Destiny players to spend hundreds of dollars to pull one character.
Spending gets you higher in leaderboards, but does not actually speed up consuming content that much. And leaderboards aren't content. Conent is actual activities to do. yes, it is a free to play game, that I enjoyed and spent on because I liked it and I know spenders are what keeps this game alive. After two months of the release, while we have LESS content than there was even in beta, this is not enough. And it's not like it's a "me" issue. To stress it again, "mobile game (with a dedicated pc client emulator, I wonder why)" does not mean "don't expect to play it 10-15 minutes a day while pooping": there is a middle ground between that and nolifing it all day (which I didn't do, for the record 🙂 I only play in the evenings).
No because the other games have there own applications made for pc that are not emulators. Also it doesn't cost hundreds for one character. Also also people definitely spend money to max out character if they are enjoying the game. And those players are what make it free for us

Everything is so heavily focused on leaderboards. I can only see whales or heavy spenders there; there is literally no way for free players to get the same jumpstart. That's why this game is losing its player base; there isn't much to do, and what there is isn't nearly enough. If they only keep releasing characters without any actual content. I see it dying within a few months maybe a year

Agreed, I think if they added the hard raid back and kept it in, give exclusive weekly rewards for it other than just upgrade materials, like exclusive mythics, then lean into PVP having it active every day and have exclusive PVP rewards and mythics, everything else that’s in the game combined with that would put the game in a lot better shape. I visit there will still be other issues with pinnacle and many of the other complaints people have, but we’d have a lot more reason to keep playing while they figure out the other stuff

Let's do some math here. A single pull is 180 luminous leavs. So a 10 pull would cost 1800 times that by 10 which is 10800 leaves so if you spent $99 you get 7200 without the yearly double things. So its closer to 150 per character pull. So 150x6=900 or around that amount. Which when you look at it is very good given how any other game with this type of system would cost on average 3k or more. So yes people will 100% spend almost 1k to max out a character if they like them also your math is off a little

Oh the game is super fun, I played at launch and had a really fun time. Now the new stuff is coming out and I am priced out of it, so I've stopped playing as a matter of principle. I am playing games like Borderlands 4 or Battlefield 6, where I spent a very rational amount of money to play and enjoy the product.

I'm a destiny player been one since the alpha ( even own the 1st flight emblem) there are some things in game that definitely have me like awww man 👨 but I van honestly say the game is fire .just certain things need to change ie:weapons being character based only , the time you have while casting supers,perhaps harder gameplay for us veterans, actual destiny universe characters not just the drifter when he was like 20 before he met the 9 more destinations ,more crucibal game types . That's all I can think of for now
i have fun on those three if they are built they are kinda nice for any content but like going for times and things like that others do their jobs better
like its kinda like every game every character is good in some type of way but at the same time when it comes to those three in particular others just do the job better so the feedback for them isnt as much as the mythics because people play more mythics then legendary (not including certain charecters dont @ me saying umeko attal and others that are viable as legendary)
People aren’t complaint about spending 400+ dollars on ikora and xuan wei and them being bad. Put several people not even 12h ago said building Estella and pulling her t6 bricked their account compared to Ning and helhest
Weapons being character based is too integral to character identity. Otherwise everyone would just be running mahamayuri and del5, and then moving over to the next 2 weapons if they were meta. You would see every player on every character using the exact same 2 guns which would not be healthy for the game
It’s the feedback area where the developers are asking for feedback and criticism, reading it, and then implementing it to the game. Everyone here like the game but is pointing out the bad features so they get fixed
There's no enough challenging activities. There's no grinding left to do beside artifacts. Artifact grinding take way too long (15k+ chest on average or so for 1 perfect roll).
There's no benefits for collecting more units beside light linked which isn't always useful and limits to 2 char.
Upgrading more than 1 meta unit is useless except for acclaim as long as you have groups.
Simple fix, more stuff like eclipes. Maybe 2 modes, fair play first then p2w after. People would pay more and also play more. And you could force people to upgrade/collect more units to fit each stages.
Also make it so you can grind these challenging modes for useful rewards.

while we're on the topic of making things better i would truly love to see some work done on artifact farming and chaos in general currently its far too boring and beyond annoying you its takes too long to get 1 good artifact and you need to keep building for 4-5 characters you simply don't have enough energy and if you wanna keep running without energy you got to pray after 1500 stages cleared its the artifact you want plus wishing it has the stats you want right now i feel im way too behind on artifact just beacuse im trying to build 4 characters

Nice changes to Heir Apparent I love the gun just it felt so cumbersome to use in the faster paced content. Server merging could be good but I feel the NA region should be able to team up with the other largely English language region the EMEA.
Regarding Estella ability uptime this is a good change because without her Talent upgrades she is a sitting duck. I just wish other characters with long cooldowns Rossi especially got a bit of a tuning to match the high intensity of the current gameplay environment. Offensive characters > everyone else in that regard.

I’d like to see some adjustments to grandmaster activity loot pool. It’s not worth running, yet it’s where slower defense and support characters would outshine offense characters by a lot. Make GMs worth running as endgame content, and defense characters and support characters will find their home there moreso than in expanse and calamity ops
(Also further adjustments to the activity would be nice to even further encourage slower and more careful gameplay for majority of playerbase)
clusters could be a great reward for GMs because a lot of people are asking new sources of it
I personally feel like Master and Grandmaster activities both could have their basic and pinnacle awards adjusted. As is they don't feel worth running when you don't have keys.

I don't think players have an issue with characters shining in specific environments. I think players have issues with the idea of a character labeled as a Support doing as much or more DMG than a character labeled as Offense, regardless of environment. Defense characters need to excel at protecting their team, allowing them to hold positions. Support characters excel at providing buffs or debuffs, enabling different strategies and play styles. Offense characters need to excel at DMG.
Spend 120 on singularity chaos just to raise your artifact by 10 light levels every other day because you need 30 xur donuts 🤡 😭

Please address the residual text to speech temp dialog in the English localization of the game. Using that tech over voice actors is turning off a lot of my Destiny 2 friends from this game and I'd really think they'd otherwise enjoy it

I enjoy this game however it does feel like Trinity Ghoul is a bad option for Helhest right now so I would buff that. Content does feel a bit lacking so I would definitely try to make more content for everyone to enjoy.

Honestly the only big thing they need to adjust now is just the exotic artifact grind and sources of incandescence clusters

exotic artifact grinding just has way too much rng
Get the right artifact, get all 4 right perks you want, and then spend a massive amount of essence just rerolling it until it gets to 3000, which can take an entire month just for 1 artifact
and you have to do all of that everytime theres a new character, sometimes you're lucky and you can use the same artifact across multiple characters, but for the most part you always want certain perks for each character
You can only get 24 xur donuts a day and at high light levels, it takes 30 donuts to refactor an artifact ONCE. Talk about an ASS system
yeah you cant even do one refactor pity per day its horrible.... they should make 1x Artefactual Essence a 20% drop chance from basic chests.
by my math then, 1000 floors = ~333 chests.
should take a few hours, but thats ~60 average essence... enough to pity refactor an exotic artifact twice every 3-4 hours.... i think thats very fair as an option once your pinnacle is gone
Honestly there's multiple ways to improve it
Let people reroll individual perks on their artifacts instead of swapping out all 4 for another of the same artifacts all 4
Let people swap out all 4 rolls for another artifacts 4 rolls but give us the option to lock certain perks in with essence
Increase how much essence we get when pulling with pinnacle energy, and add 1 essence to non-pinnacle rewards
Lower the max refactor pity from 15 to 6

Calamity Ops is boring and lazy idea of an endgame content. It literally only benefits people who spend more money for talents to get higher scores. Turn off Talents if you want this content to feel fair to all players. Or move Cluster to another content that people can farm at a fun pace.

while we're on the topic of making things better i would truly love to see some work done on artifact farming and chaos in general currently its far too boring and beyond annoying you its takes too long to get 1 good artifact and you need to keep building for 4-5 characters you simply don't have enough energy and if you wanna keep running without energy you got to pray after 1500 stages cleared its the artifact you want plus wishing it has the stats you want right now i feel im way too behind on artifact just beacuse im trying to build 4 characters

You need that x4. For a single character. Four months to max a single character at the rate they’re power creeping characters makes literally no sense in the context of any gacha
And that’s if you ONLY pinnacle spend on that and not grinding anything else
you dont NEED that its the destiny player in you, max power you need is 71.4k, and you can use 2x mythics with 3 matching stats to be strong enough for calamity ops overseer, the hardest content in the game
maxxing a character is a chase OPTION for players who want to put in the resources

What this game needs is to appeal more to d2 players and less to the gacha aspect.
Yes it's a gacha game, but that is only the monetization aspect, doesn't mean they can't release seasonal content and yearly expansions with tons of content released gradually throughout the year so the game doesn't feel like it is rn.
Also, the upgrade system for everything needs to be reworked, from weapons, to artifacts, or make it slightly easier to get materials needed for the upgrades by giving more pinnacle energy or just removing the limited energy system entirely.
Just as there should be content that mobile players and pc players can enjoy together, there should also be more difficult content similar to the eclipse raid for the destiny players to avoid losing both sides of the audience.
A decent and gripping storyline is also needed, but can't complain about that rn since it's only been a few months
The last 2 things this game needs is more sensible customization options (instead of most things being behind paywalls or rng) and a comprehensive road map for content so players aren't left in the dark like we are right now.
I hope this reaches the developers...
Give as a grindy path to grind materials that used to require energy to obtain please. When grinding on a game relies too much on energy to progress it becomes really lame 👎👎

for seasonal achievement you have to get exo decal which you get through GACHA and even if you get one you have to polish it to exo tier which you only can get the material by GACHA and the succession rate is 40% which mean GACHA again
and for other collectibles exo skin which you only can get through GACHA with a really low rate draw
as for the exo artifact at least gives us guaranteed drop after a few run, some people spend 120/240 pinnacle and still got nothing AND even if you get one sometimes it is not from the wish list 🤦♂️
add more pack content, like weekly boss raid or something

With gallows, estella can take out 3 different shinkas solo, and its way more bursty, but I look forward to testing the difference

Honestly this buffs barely make any difference in terms of DMG and performance DMG is too little for to consider this a buff for both heir apparent and Estela and she can easily be overshadowed by ning fei efficient performance
My only point of concern is a personal experience that can likely be resolved by balancing what few weapons a character can have. I struggle with memory issues, so switching weapons and learning new ones isn’t simple for me. Exotics are easy to understand due to their uniqueness, but when choosing between two standard weapons, say two scout rifles, I expected both to be equally viable.
Unfortunately, that isn’t always the case. Despite earning a general title like #2 Umeko, and being consistently active, I’ve never experienced a non-premade fireteam.
Most players in my activities leave without giving me a chance to prove myself.
Even after trying to engage in the Discord server, the experience left me feeling more isolated than welcomed. I’ve since stopped speaking entirely and only use reactions, like ✅, to interact.
I understand that this is likely not a concern for the majority of players.

Change or make another version of grandmaster strikes which require higher power example 70-73k but also giving better rewards, I'm so sick of this mf calamity ops or better knows as "Ning Fei ops" which can't be considered "end game activity" but rather I call it Whales/Meta slaves activity
To be fair, all competitive things will be whale/meta. Even if fairplay is on there will still be meta like ning in shifting. If there is a leaderboard, there is a meta

I love the game, and look forward to future patches and content. I agree with other commenters that the artifact system needs significant rebalancing. I also find the balancing of mythic vs legendary characters to be puzzling. Certainly the improvement to Estela is good, but Kabr and the rest of the non-jennala purples must be annoyed.

The shop is quite restricted, leading to our coins being accumulated without purpose. The fruits offered in the pack shop are restricted to a single purchase of 5, which seems to be an error and they should ideally be available on a weekly basis.
The group requires additional elements that encourage players to engage with fellow members; even the inclusion of weekly challenges would be beneficial, eg. "Complete 5 strikes with pack members".
Exotic weapons:
Several other unique weapons require some attention; many are not performing as well as they should. It's great to know that you're beginning to focus on that. Regrettably, the most recent addition, Trinity Ghoul, falls into the same category, even when fully upgraded.
Character's stories:
Trial characters ought to be accessible for progressing through their stories, and these characters may necessitate a similar approach to enhance proficiency. You can engage in gameplay by borrowing characters in legendaries, thus earning rewards with trial characters could enable you to improve proficiency and unlock future story episodes. Therefore, instead of acquiring skins or sparrows, we end up discarding dust.
To acquire the Season 1 emblem, you must have the Season 1 exotic decal. The process for obtaining it is shrouded in repeated chances and the most depressing step is decal polishing, failing at 40% is just NOT fun and games should be fun, right? It would be understandable if we could use some material to increase the polish chance or have luck protection but the current design is irritating and I don't get what was your goal adding such torture... Seriously, I sometimes question what kind of person would incorporate such mental anguish into the game. Initially, we face a low chance of receiving a Season 1 decal from an engram, then a mere 10% chance for it to glow, only to have that taken away from us because the success rate of during is not guaranteed.
Artifacts:
Players express their frustrations with artifact farming on a daily basis; we understand you are paying attention, but there is a straightforward solution, even if it's just a "temporary" fix. Allow us to transfer attributes from any exotic artifact within the same slot, which would provide us the opportunity to eliminate useless artifacts that will never see use.
The most frustrating part for me is the low probability of obtaining exotics when using pinnacle energy, and it calls for some form of pity system.

Is anyone having issues with the game's smoothness after today's break and update? I'm asking because despite setting the frame rate to 120 fps directly in-game and in the MuMuPlayer app on PC, I only get 120 fps in the settings menu (the fps number is displayed on the right side of the screen), and both in Heaven and in the game world, the fps drops below 30. Is this a bug or something? 🙃

NERF NING FEI. Why are you adding new heroes? They're not needed. Just sell Ning Fei to players🤦♂️. Absolutely all content in the game for highest rankings and prizes, can just be completed by a team of Ning. Very variable game 👍.

it would be illegal to do this. would require rollbacks which obviously at this point is impossible. they need to change the game mechanics that let him outscale everyone else.
most notably, in calamity: just stop the timer between encounters. as soon as the door unlocks, stop the timer. the main reason he's used is for encounter hopping quicker and allowing non-ning's to Unstuck and skip the level. if the length of time it took to get to the next encounter didnt matter then his viability would fall off, and you'd just use him on arc/rapid fire reqs.
Also fixed ammo drops at the start of each encounter would get in front of Helhest becoming the next Ning because of her heavy Synth
well outside calamity ops, the expanse leaderboard is also filled with ning feis, that means his kit is just to powerfull, imo just nerf mahamayuri RPM and dmg by a noticeable performance and nobody would play this mf again
Ning is not the problem it’s the way the content is designed to be done FAST we need more content like the OG Nightfalls

The whole endgame is designed for speedruners ofc Ning outscales everyone, not just in calamity. The only nerf I agree with is in PvP because he's a nightmare to fight against. Otherwise in all activities when time is not the main concern he's not so relevant, people just use him to finish activities faster that's it. I'm seeing more Helhest, Wolf and Umeko than Ning.

casual game modes and shiftNing gates queues are dead as the night. fixing it is as simple as adding casual currency to buy endgame mats much like shiftNing gates no pinnacle energy. shadowshaper duel tokens can also be used for endgame mats (low increments) especially when you've collected all the cards. strange coins need to be able to buy xur donuts on a weekly limit i guess since game likes to be restrictive either just shut all the servers down now
Artifact Suggestions:
- Allow us to dismantle exotic artifacts into artifact clusters
- Transfer attributes of the same element at no costs
- Option to boost or swap out 1 attribute for a cost of clusters

Reclaim character resources from atleast one unused character. Limited to once per couple months or whatever the time frame. There should be an event for talents. I get spammed with Ikora and Finnala drops, it hard for me to get talents. My rng is terrible
