if your going on about ur igpu just turn it off
are you using a laptop or desktop
Same thing happens to me. I'm on a laptop.
It sounds like windows is choosing to use the igpu instead of the discrete GPU. In windows settings there should be a setting to choose graphics between high performance and standard. Navigate to where you have mumu or BlueStacks installed, and set, in windows settings, that emulator to use the high power graphics
