i have contacted customer service, reinstalled the game twice, restarted my setup, tried setting up a layout myself (it's dogshit) and i can't seem to find a way to fix this
the mouse and keyboard option doesn't even appear in my game settings

how am i supposed to play the game like this

Apparently this happened to someone for using a domain level ad blocker in the home network. Try turning that off.

Try using a vpn as well
