Whenever I try to play on either Bluestacks or MuMu the game just fully freezes and never unfreezes. On both it constantly happened in the download phase and I hoped it was just because of some sort of connection error while downloading but it seems I was wrong. I've finally managed to actually get ingame on Bluestacks and there initially doesn't seem to be any FPS or performance issues but then it just freezes at some point in the first couple of minutes. MuMu it just constantly freezes while I'm trying to download it so I've not gotten very far with that. My PC itself is fine and I've played plenty of games that are much more demanding without such issues. Any ideas?

For BlueStacks did you fully follow the guide when setting it up? I know there are some settings you need to set for the emulator.
I'd recommend turning down your settings and seeing if it resolves the issue.
Also try opening your task manager to see if you can find the issue.
