How do you all have your Emulators setup, because I cannot get this game to run past 50 fps. Tell me your secrets lol. I have tried the recommendations and matching the emulator to my PC so it the game can have extra power but both are abysmal. Thoughts? Thank you and have a blessed day.

I'm having the same. I have a 4090 and I'm getting dips into 40fps range in the metro area. Pretty rough optimization.

try experimenting with disabling the "Force discrete GPU" in device settings
worked for me to disable it and for some reason helped it use my 7800 xt

I have the same problem, the game runs at 60 fps most of the time, but sometimes when i open different menus, like the map the game drops into 20 fps for some reason.

I may have found a solution, I get around 100-120 now,. I ignored giving the emulator more power and ram, and instead did the recommended settings.
I'll just go down the line:

CPU 4 core
Running ram 5gb
GPU usage strategy, Better Graphics performance
Forced used discrete graphics: on
smart memory opt: off
Max fps: my monitors 144
