Won't let me install the emulator

"Connection failed. Server connection timeout, please check your network."

I did as the website said and disabled all firewalls, I am not using a VPN, and I went into my BIOS and enabled VMS but I'm met with this error every time I try to install the emulator, can I get any help?

i had the same issue, and it seems that disabling my ad blocker fixed it for me... so try looking for anything along those lines that is applicable to you
