DRising Graphical issue?

Ryzen 5600X and RX 7800 XT 32GB Ram
Noticed shadows are really low quality, no ambient occlusion, defintely missing a whole set of fx. can see black lines making squares all over the metro area in the snow. shadows flicker and stack up over each other. sun shadows disappear when i get close etc etc
