I tested with my controller and it's buttery smooth 120fps, but whenever I use my mouse, it still says 120fps at the top right, but it looks all jaggedy and slightly stuttery. I've tried with a different mouse and I still have the same issue. Is this just a me problem, or is this the same for everyone else?

a "fix" for me is by using lossless scaling on Steam. It's basically Frame Generation and smoothes out everything. You should try it 😄
