The root of LittleFS and the SD card is the first folder that loads when you click on the headings. You screenshot shows you in the root of LittleFS. You can also tell by it saying LittleFS://

You can create a folder called Themes and upload load your theme folder into it

Under Files menu you can mount your SD card which will be shown in Windows if you connect a USB cable.
