Get an SMA to IPEX 4 connection, make sure you get the right SMA connection, male or female, the opposite of the antenna.
Drill a hole in the side of the T-Embed and fit the SMA side of the connector, then connect the IPEX side to the CC1101, ESP or NFR if you have one.
Which one will depend on the frequency of the antenna you have.
