At some point, the achievement for clearing Southstop with 30+ Surge was marked as completed in my achievement tab, even though I hadn't done it. I don't know exactly when it happened since the ingame popup didn't play, but it may have had something to do with earning a similar achievement on the Outskirts stage, because that's the only other Voyage achievement I completed on the day it occurred. The "completion" of the achievement is counted in the completion percentage of the Achievment tab, but doesn't seem to have been counted toward completion on the Observatory tab, as there are 9 blue pips worth of achievements left to do, but the Observatory shows that I'm still 10 points away from the max.
