I have been trying to unlock the Palette voucher and the game says the only requirement it needs is to reduce hand size down to 5, but every time I do that with Spectral cards, it does not seem to recognise it? This has happened multiple times

Just here to say I've been having the sa
e issue. I had soething siilar happen with the interest voucher and I was able to unlock that by axxing out the interest at e300$, I tried doing the sae thing by reducing y hand size into the negatives but it still wouldn't unlock, at least for e. ay be worth a shot to just get your hand size as low as possible tho

Tbh I just gave up with it and used the vanilla debug to force the unlock. That shouldn't affect the rest of the progression
