#Conduit Crash

Attempting to swap Editions between Negative Baron and the Astral King of Hearts crashes the game. Pictured Above is the exact scenario before I hit the Use button on Conduit. The second picture is the crash screen modlist.

I've removed Yorick and Overflow from the equation and still get this same crash. and so far as i know none of the other mods i have on would effect this behavior
