Sometimes the "glitch" scheme of Jokers/Cards have this weird glitch effect instead of the fuzzy buz

This was noticable on both the main screen with the ace and when I received a glitched Smoothie. Is this intended (and therefore im a giant dumbass) or is this unintended during the update?
