I have Oops! All 6s and it always triggers at least ONCE, but it never triggers more than once.

And testing with a rigged one as well as BOTH Canvas and Chad, it just never retriggers.

nope, I was able to remove some mods and get it to retrigger as it should

Namely, the Betmma mods

it's very clearly Betmmas' fault that it ruins the retriggering
