Retrigger Jokers (such as Chad or Canvas) do not retrigger Jokers that score based on other cards

I first noticed this issue when I noticed my own modded Joker, which increased ^Mult based on Planet Cards in consumeables failed to score during retriggers by Chad. Then I tested it using Baseball Card (to ensure I see if its just a problem with my implementation or if it also affects vanilla Jokers), 3 uncommons and Canvas (another retrigger Joker), where the same issue occurred, but for other Jokers. Same occurs for Circus. They should score every retrigger, but apparently that's not working

I'm not sure if it's the issue with the implementation of retrigger Jokers here (in terms of this functionality) or if it's more so a Steammodded Bug.

may be due to context.other_joker/context.other_consumeable and the retriggers only recognising the other cards
