Glitched Shoot the Moon shows +110 Mult, but Queens still provide the hardcoded +13.

As per this thread: #1316954585205706772 message this joker should probably still read +13 Mult.

That's sadly an issue in vanilla because it uses a joker-internal value, that can be changed by things like glitched, for what is displayed, but uses a hardcoded value for the effect
