This happened after my game took a longer time to calculate the score of a hand which is what probably caused it.
Using Cryptid 0.4.3a and Talisman 2.0.0-beta1

your cryptid is very out of date, and that can happen bc of:

sticky hand + t2/t3 vouchers
fractal fingers
other effects i'm forgetting
