La Revolution (from SDM_0's Stuff) will proc if the hand scores enough to win the hand before The Tax caps the score to x0.4 blind requirement, letting you proc La Revolution multiple times. I haven't tested other jokers with "winning hand" requirements, so it might not be limited to just La Revolution? I have a clip showing the interaction here:

Forgot to mention, reported this to SDM_0 as well, but since I was unsure if the SDM_0 implementation was any different than other winning hand effects I reported it here as well to be thorough.
