I see a few ways to patch this...
1 Rework how the game handles money to use bignum/Omega num -- requires lovely patches which is beyond me
2 patch crytid's overload of the easemoney function to prevent oversized values from going in.
3 patch somewhere in scalea/misprintilaze to cap the values in double land
