the idea is that it just creates any "random" consumable, except you seed the rng with the consumables that you used prior
say, you use consumables in the order {strength, hermit, eris}, then use ://HASH, it would always give you an immolate, even on different runs
so it's effectively a limited and technical way to "create any consumable you want"
