I had the same error months ago, I live in France, i tried everything until i found out setting my phone's language to english and reinstalling discord made it work.

I think it's a language issue. I've always used Windows in English, but recently I changed it to Portuguese and the game stopped loading. I checked DevTools and saw a locale error, so I switched my OS back to English and it works again!
