That happens since when you log off, the car disapears, so if you log back on and a car is parked on the spot wher you loged out, it will spawn inside the car causing that bug. The solution would be a "car checker" So if you log on the game checks if the car can be spawned wher it was or if ther is a car and it needs to be placed on a diffrent spot.
