#Can't get through the Echo Portal

Hey legends, I've been trying to get through the playtest, but I'm getting constant crashes whenever I try and use the Echo Portal. I'm not sure if it's a hardware issue or not, but my setup is (if it helps): AMD RYzen 7 3700 X, 32GB DDR 4 Ram, GeForce RTX 3060 12GB.
