#Fighting the Strigoi sucks

Sure, but then trying to not get hit by the next attack and trying to find an opening after swinging is the bad part. There should be openings for all weapons, not just one handed ones.
And that is where you are wrong.
Different tools for different jobs. Every weapon has a purpose. That's why they exist IRL, and why you can bring multiple on the expedition.
Also, there are people who are defeating the strigoi with 2h weapons. Seems to be even easier than 1h according to them, since you have more reach.
with 2 handers you hit from farther and stagger him more, giving you space to use the short dash to reposition and strike again, Dark Souls aah tactic
Reach yes, however the issue is having your own drawn back attack. Two handed weapons in real life weren't as heavy as they are made out to be, so if we're going off by that logic, a falchion with a 2 handed grip should be faster than a onehanded one, you have more momentum and bodily control over the pommel with the counterweight.
Whilst I'm not saying it's impossible, I'm saying it's unccessarily harder than it should be.
It feels like the moveset is a little bit janky
And a little unreadable at times
you can animation cancel in this game, but i will let you discover how, solves a lot of issues taking advantage of the incomplete combat system
Hm, I knew it was in the game, perhaps I should've used animation canceling as soon as it hit.
But for future reference aswell, it's like. I doubt it's an intended part of the game, so if it gets patched, then what?
by then the combat will most likely be polished, so new and more legit tactics will be developed and employed, i think
I want them now!
