I am experiencing a total screen freeze every 5 minutes only on my Nitrado dedicated server. It locks my entire PC, forcing a hard restart. This doesn't happen in Solo mode or any other game, only on this server in this particular game. Please investigate the server stability and logs.

Nitrado hosts the server, not the game. They can't really check those logs because they aren't the ones hosting the files. You'd have to contact nitrado.
