Cant Pickup Items = All Poofs (Character/Game Ruined)

Loaded up my game today, cant pick anything up.
Move Item into backpack = disappears
Hit take all on any storage = disappears
Joined another world with same character = Same result

Characters bugged and cant pick up anything.
