There appears to be some sort of trigger that glitches out and seems to spawn enemies near mining nodes outside of the normal enemy respawn timers that also seems to ignore walls fences and bonfire radius built in the area. It may be linked to mining specific nodes but the result is a rather glitchy and immersion breaking bug that causes enemies to often spawn within the players line of sight in an already cleared area outside of the normal respawn timer. Adjustments should be made here to ensure enemies cannot simply appear next to players within line of sight and enemies spawned by these triggers should not auto aggro the player if the player is not visible. IMO it would actually be much better to have the enemy waiting around a corner to jumps care the player rather than give you an aggro warning right off the bat
