Hello, I have the following problem:

I have a server with 4Netplayers, and for the past two days, no one has been able to connect to it. I’ve restarted it several times, left it off for 30 minutes and then restarted it, etc., but nothing seems to work anymore—not a single person can connect to the server.

So the question is, what can I do about it?
The support team at 4Netplayers can’t help me either; they’re aware of the problem but say there’s nothing they can do.

To describe the issue again and explain what actually happens: You enter the invitation ID and the password, and then it starts loading; the loading text changes in size, and after about 20 seconds, you’re back at the main menu.

Should I post my console logs from the server to see if that helps?

I just had this issue but was able to use SEA to host.

**I found the bug!

I had to restore the server to a backup from the last known good day to be able to join again. It’s definitely frustrating that all the progress made since the files “crashed” is gone. But what can you do? That’s how it worked. **

And it's the same thing every day...
The bug is back again, but I'm not going to reset it because all the progress we've made will be lost, and we'll have to start farming everything from scratch again—just like what happened in the last 24 hours.

Im having issues connection to my Gportal server, was on fine last night no issues, and today I see it on my recently played, I try to connect after reentering the invite code first time it found it and failed to connect, and now its showing server not found when i try to connect
