Stuck in loading screen still after patch

Game loads - select character - enter world, the game world appears to load in the background (sound comes on) - but the loading screen never goes and i get an "application hung error".

Reloading and repeating eventually gets me in , but no changes since the patch.

Just adding tot his - this happens every load unless i edit the server settinga first - this seems to fix it
