Constant Crashing and GPU fans sound like a Jet Engine

I have had some issues with this game as of late. At first I thought it was my graphic card so I replaced it with a new one but I am still having the same issues. I am able to play solo or on a hosted server for anywhere between 5 mins to maybe an hour. Then the game crashes and gives me black screens and I have to hold down my power button to reset everything. Sometimes I get the issue in the video - https://imgur.com/a/5kzc6BL . While playing the game my graphics card sounds like a jet engine and runs at like 80% - 90% plus fan speed. I am pretty sure this is not normal as my PC and GPU are pretty beefy.

I have verified my files twice, uninstalled/re-installed, tried to add -dx11 to my steam start but it would not allow me to do that. I also added more memory to my page file and it still crashes.

Help as I love the game but at the moment it is unplayable.

Sorry for the Portuguese interface, I'm Brazilian, but try limiting the maximum frequency of your graphics card. My graphics card is an AMD RX 7600 and the game worked perfectly, it doesn't crash anymore.

Without changing naything this was my base GPU settings. Went into the game to see if I coudl get a screenshot of the fans bumping up to 80+ fan speed. But it never happened. I do hear the fans speed up but they almost immediately slow back down and the gauge never moves.

Not sure what I might heva done or if there was a game patch but I have been able to play the game wihtout issue for at least an hour. So it's fixed?? Maybe, shrug, no idea.
