Hi I don't know if I'm doing something wrong here but my rep with the smugglers doesn't seem to move when I sell them stuff. It says it's rank 1 before I've ever sold them anything and when I did the reputation points say 0/100

Rank isn't tied to selling loot for Piasters or gold coins to the Buyer NPC.
You have to give the bounty collector NPC pirate insignia and/or letters of recommendation.
