Looking for an easy going server

Hi! I'm looking for a good community server to join with easy going rates. (I'm usually solo, so I struggle with hard rates.)
I'd prefer an english server which a nice community that allows trading and bring my current character accross from my single player save preferably.

I was in another server but they saw me bringing my single player save stuff over to their server as cheating so i don't want to play there and cause issues.
It's apart of the game mechanics so i personally didn't see it as cheating, but perhaps i'm wrong
