Migrated from Dedicated to Offline, can't play with original character.

I started on a dedicated server (Gportal) but decided to go solo/offline.
I am unable to play with my character offline (infinite loading) but with a new character I can load into my World (offline).
However my Original character can log into the dedicated server without an issue.

I am using windrose+ on my server. I did try to use mods on SP but since I was never able to log into the world I deleted them.

Tl:dr: Dedicated works, Offline able to play with a new char, original char has the infinite loading issue.

have you done any modifications in windrose+ for the server?
it's really hard to tell, as I don't know what windrse+ could do.

if you still have access to that server that you can connect to, try removing all items from the character getting him completely naked, if there were any modifications to progression \ stats i don't knokw how thee could be reverted... but try getting as vanila as possbile and then try to connect to your offline world
