  2. Reconnected after updating the game, realizing that multiplayer servers could not be accessed due to version issues

  3. Unable to access the game as the save file conflict UI appears

  4. Unable to proceed with the game by any means

  • Unable to proceed even with Steam integrity checks

  • Unable to proceed even with clearing Steam download cache

  • Unable to proceed even after turning off cloud services, deleting the save folder, and attempting to access the game via cloud synchronization

Currently unable to enjoy the game itself

Yes, I restored the virtual drive to its original state where I was using the temporary folder, and this issue has been resolved. I suspect that as the game version was updated, the virtual drive's TEMP folder and the save files in the cloud were conflicting.

I was using a virtual drive with IMDISK to improve the SSD issue.
