I cannt backup my save, everything just get me to the new one

Solo: You need to turn off steam cloud, go into your worlds folder, delete what is there, paste a recent backup of your world. restart cloud, when it warns you there is a conflict, choose pick local save file and then play the game.
Dedicated server: that is a whole long process, but it can be done (took me about 2 hours) but I got it done.
That being said, still getting kicked after 5 minutes on dedicated due to windrose server issues they are supposedly aware and working on.
If you dont have any backups, none of this matters tbh.
