The competition came at just the right time, as I'd already been inspired this week.
As a hobby, I build my own tabletop miniatures. I order bare skeletons and then use Green Stuff and Apoxy-Sculpt to create their bodies, clothing, hair, and accessories. Here's my pirate couple that I made this week: Bloody Bess with her little monkey and the more warlike pirate Arko. Since I also use the miniatures for tabletop games, they always have a little backstory.
I hope you can see enough, because such small figures are always difficult to photograph.
