this was needed in order to do a propper migration for save files from old version to new one
can you please provide a few additional detials what issue ytou are encountering it is not very lcear from the report
So should i put world files now into rocks db v2 ?
I will but first i want to re-upload world, now im confused which is proper DB , normal or v2 LOL
From user perspective its not good to keep different name of save folders... I haver automatic connection via FTP to backup the RocksDB , now i have to change to RocksDB_v2 ? and next update RocksDB_V3
And the world is gone...

ye so my steps:
- Clean reinstall of server
- Launcehd the game in offline mode, the old world.
- Zipped the world from rocks DB_v2
- Unzipped the world on the server
- Server creates new world as it was corrupeted
let me check again i put one building element and will try to reupload...
the.xzip file is my solo world, that works properly. It was copied from Same directory (rocksDB_v2)
The game is instantly creating 3 additional worlds when i join the serverO_O

In rocksdb_v2_backups under appdata, you should find a ZIP archive of your world named _Latest (it will appear after launching the game)
Place this ZIP archive in the same path inside Didicated server's saves folder, specify this world’s ID in dedicated server’s config, and delete all folders except rocksdb_v2_backups.
Will all this fix the issues NA/EU servers have been having for a couple of days now?

Take two:
- Launched the game in solo mode again.
- Placed another tent.
- Closed the game.
- Copied World to server
- Copied World_latest to server backups
- Connected to the game, correct world loaded, but it desynced and crashed (cannot build , use items etc)

You mean remove the "default" form path ?
the dedicated server folder is on teh left, the client folder is on the right
if you are launching this on linux, sorry i don't have linux folders structure at hand

@astral perch I've done full 100% reinstall of the server, I can connect to the server on fresh new world.
the issue is somehow related to the world, i dont understand how you are albe to run world, but another hsoting is not able to ?
WHat i did now:
- Compltely relinstalled server, 100% frehs install, no old files kept.
- Uploaded ONLY the backup, not uploading the world.
- Server still generates new world.

Then we changed WorldIslandId in ServerDescription.json to match your world ID. These are all the steps required to make it work
Can you do the same using the Windows Dedicated Server app in Steam, just to make sure it will work for you too?

I cna play on the server on a new save file... Therefore must be some issues with loading saves.

just amke sure when you upload files to Nitrado, don't use Filezilla nr WInSCP FTP clients, they caused issues to some players before (however i think now when u need to transfer zip files it sohuld be fine.... but just o be double sure)
Trasnfering ZIP is always best, I have met issues that the file folders containing more than 100 files have issues when being uploaded as a folder. Since then im only uploading zips
Looks like the server runs just fine on Nitrado. Can you join via the invite link f998cf21 with password 1234 and confirm that it works fine for you too? Maybe play for half an hour or so?

Is the world you wanted to use currently on your Bisect server? I just connected to it and I'm not currently having any issues. There is a small base at spawn with Black Axel and Doctor Galen.

Yeah, it looks like its frozen/timed out for me now after about 5 minutes. Please let me know if you connect to the Nitrado server and it doesn't have the same issue after 5-10.
