In a backup folder you have saves of deleted avatars! As example, you created a 5 avatars and delete 3 of them, their files is saving in a folder! So when you trying to backup your save, you are putting a files of deleted avatars and game is trying to load them, but it can't because avatars was deleted, so game is staying on loading screen! Why is it? Idk, i am here to give you a fix!
1-st one, when you deleting your avatars, find their files in a save folder and delete it too (or developers can make it to do automatically)
2-nd, dont delete your avatars and words, so backup wont crush your game!
