I have been playing with my friend/roommate since Apr 15th, we were both able to log in and play together every time until yesterday 5/2/2026. We turned of cloud sync, to try and fix it, checked for GC upgrades. I load in just fine, he gets stuck on a loading screen for 10-15 mins and then his screen in game goes black. longest we waited was 1h to see if his character would join. He tried to play a solo game after that and it brought his character into his solo game, and his ship too. He ran around on that server for a while then tried to come back to my server and still can not join. He also verified game file integrity. Has anyone figured out how to get my friend to join my server again. We also tried clicking the quick link box and when he tries to join that way it just crashes the game while trying to load.

Following because I’m having the same issue, I’m also using CrossOver on Mac M4. My bf & 1 have spent every day since the 30th to fix this, including all the helpful info in the discord to fix this and none are working! 😢

you have to be in the server on alot of hostings except like xrealm @mortal peak

i was always hosting and on the server all the time. i fixed the issue just porting over the file to nitrado and i am dealing with it that way. fixed all our problems
