Disassembly Table still shows items on action bar

When I first tried after the patch, only things in my inventory showed up in the disassembly, but not things on action bar. Today I started playing on a friend's server and suddenly my axe showed up in the disassembly, and now suddenly axe, pickaxe and shovel shows up there.

This happens to me too. I only play solo, one world, no mods.
